Barry Izsak, CPO® and founder of ARRANGING IT ALL, has been helping corporate and residential clients nationwide get organized since 1996. His company became the first and only accredited Senior Move Management company in the state of Texas in 2016 by the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM). He is a Certified Professional Organizer® and a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS). Barry served two consecutive terms as President of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) from 2003-2007.
Dubbed “the garage guru” by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, his first book, Organize Your Garage in No Time (Que, 2005) has become a best-seller on the subject. Barry is co-author of his second book, Exploring Productivity (Dawson, 2006).
Mr. Izsak is a lively presenter and well-known for his passion and quick wit. A member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) since 2008, he was inducted into the Circle of Service in 2013 and received this association's highest honor, the Margit Novack Award, in 2016.

Organizing isn’t something Lisa has to think about--it just happens. She is dedicated to helping others create more functional and efficient spaces and spreads her organizing magic wherever she goes. Her clients, friends and family know this well as she transforms their homes and offices. "It's so gratifying to not just help people get organized, but to actually teach them how to stay organized," Lisa reveals.
With a degree is in business management, Lisa’s first career was in high tech. At Dell, she managed vendor training and events where she utilized her organizing talents to orchestrate a chaotic schedule of simultaneous events in various locations. Lisa also worked in product marketing and managed third party software vendor relationships. She traveled to various Dell sites around the world training sales forces on internet security. Lisa was honored as "Business Development Manager of the Year" shortly before leaving to focus on her family in 2006.
Balancing a hectic work and travel schedule, coupled with a busy family life, taught Lisa the enormous value of staying organized. When inefficiencies robbed her of precious family time, she learned to streamline her initiatives and focus on simplicity. “It takes a lot of preparation to lead a life with less chaos and stress and to remember what's important,” says Lisa, "but the payoff is huge. I enjoy sharing my passion for organization with others so they too can live a simpler and more purposeful life."
After working as a sales manager at Dell where she managed and organized a sales team of 17 with a $60 million sales quota, Serein Rohrer wanted to return to the work force after her children started school. She wasn’t eager to return to the corporate “rat race” and wanted to do something that utilized her special talent and passion for helping others get organized.
While working at Dell, Serein was the first in managerial history to achieve #1 team in ten measured categories and was voted as the “Most Motivational Force.” She brings this ability to motivate with her to every client in helping them achieve their organizing goals and objectives. Serein helps her clients focus and works with them to develop a clear vision and a plan. Then, she works side by side with them to implement the plan and inspires them to stick with it.
Serein gets a thrill out of bringing order to chaos and feels a real sense of accomplishment when she changes someone’s life by helping them get organized. “It makes me so happy to have helped make someone’s life a little better, brighter and a lot less stressful,” says Serein. “Organizing brings me joy, helps me get more done and makes me a better Mom. When I help someone else reach that same realization, I know that I am truly making a difference.”
Serein is married, the mother of two young children and is an avid runner. She is a firm believer in the importance of labeling and if you stand still too long, she might just label you too!
After Christie Slape graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a long list of academic honors, she taught three levels of high school Spanish while simultaneously coaching two varsity cheerleading teams. In addition to all of the paperwork and lesson plans, Christie coordinated international and local field trips, fundraisers, and pep rallies. With all of these responsibilities, being organized was critical to her survival.
Christie was born to be a professional organizer. Throughout elementary school, she was well-known for having perfectly organized notebooks and amongst her first home organizing projects was to organize all of her clothes by season and color and alphabetize all of her books. At the end of her senior year in high school, Christie was recognized as “Most Organized Female” in her class.
“Being organized equates with having peace of mind,” Christie believes. “Life is unpredictable enough, so knowing that ‘everything has a home’ and it’s there when I need it, makes everything so much more manageable.” With three young children constantly outgrowing toys and clothes, Christie has become an expert at sorting, storing and purging things her kids no longer need. “If I didn’t stick to an organized system, things would get out-of-hand quickly,” she adds.
Christie enjoys helping others get organized and teaching them the skills they need to maintain their newly-created organizing system. “When I help people experience the joy and satisfaction of being organized, I know I have made a real difference,” says Christie.
